Comfortmaker® units are backed by exceptional warranties, including our No Hassle Replacement limited warranty, which gives the original purchaser a one-time replacement unit if the covered component should fail due to defect within the first one to ten years, depending upon the particular unit. You also get a 10 year parts limited warranty upon timely registration.*
*Limited warranty period is 5 years for parts if not registered within 90 days of installation. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will receive the registered limited warranty periods. Please see warranty certificate for further details and restrictions.
**Most Comfortmaker products carry a ten (10) year limited warranty on parts, including compressor and coils, to original homeowner if installed in an owner-occupied, single-family residence and properly registered within ninety (90) days after original installation. Otherwise, the parts warranty period is five (5) years from the date of installation. Heat exchangers may carry longer limited warranty coverage that applies to original homeowners with timely registration. (See Warranty Certificate for registration instructions. Registration not required in all jurisdictions.)
